Appraisal Update

We recommend an appraisal update every 2-5 years to properly reflect the ever changing art and antique market. Updates are often necessary for insurance purposes, change in ownership, resale, or estate liquidation

Typically, appraisal updates are charged by the piece, plus prep time, and expenses. This is a cost-efficient way to keep your values current.

File Destruction

Abigail Hartmann Associates keeps all reports securely on file for a minimum period of five years from date of completion or two years after any litigation - whichever is longer. Our file destruction process allows clients to request a copy of their report, selected files, or photographs before their destruction. See the form below for details

A digital copy may be available. Charges for report copies, photos, or files may be applicable.

New Copy of your report

Abigail Hartmann Associates understands if a report is lost, damaged or an additional copy is required. We will only send copies of the report to previously appointed intended users including designated attorney(s) or specified individuals

Reprint Photos

Abigail Hartmann Associates will reprint and securely send the photos from your report. Copies of photos are often requested due to report damage, collection management, or for an individuals personal records.

The cost of this service is calculated based on amount and size of photos. We charge $1 per 4 x 6 inch photo. Contact us to receive and exact quote.
